The Orthodox Diocese of Toliara and South Madagascar is under the direction of His Grace Bishop Prodromos Katsoulis, a very devout and compassionate man who is committed to enhancing the well-being of the Malagasy people through targeted, ground-based missions. By concentrating his efforts on the collective needs of individual villages and communities, his mission can effectively identify and respond to the pressing needs of those most vulnerable. The initiatives of the mission include delivering essential medical care and supplies, staple food provisions and clothing, access to clean water, education, supporting the needs of prisoners and spiritual enrichment. Through these endeavors, the mission aims to alleviate suffering and foster a more promising future for the communities in the southern regions of Madagascar.
